The husband and wife team of Rachel & Mark Hartrey is behind The Hartrey Kitchen. Both food lovers, with a special interest in Indian Cuisine, they had been delighting family and friends for years at dinner parties and family occasions. After the birth of their third child they decided they wanted to follow that food passion. To that end Rachel studied Artisan Food Development and Business at the Waterford Institute of Technology and in 2013 The Hartery Kitchen was born.
From their home based in Carriganard, Butlerstown, Co. Waterford they began selling their delicious Indian dishes at farmers markets and have since developed a natural range of Indian curry pastes, spices, blends and chutneys use only the finest quality fresh ingredients. The Hartrey Kitchen products are sugar free, gluten free, low fat with no artificial additives or preservatives, ticking all the boxes: delicious, healthy, natural and convenient.
