Sisters and founders of NutShed, Evie & Eliza Ward come from generations of family steeped in food and food production. In their home town of Nenagh, Co. Tipperary they were surrounded by artisan foods, produced in season, from natural ingredients and they knew the names of those that produced it. So it is no surprise that their interest and passion for food, which was nurtured at their mother’s knee, has flourished over time.
They believe in eating consciously. Their belief is food is basically great and love the way food brings people together. And so they eat for their minds, their bodies, their happiness and for the environment.
