Meet the team behind Mooncoin Beetroot

Mooncoin Beetroot  was established in 2012 on the family farm in the beautiful Suir Valley, by Helen & Mark Murphy and their young family. What started as an accidental overgrowth in the family’s vegetable garden has turned into an award winning family business. Their original fan base were family and friends who benefitted from this happy accident, but it soon became apparent that not only that they had a quality product but there was a gap in the market for quality, home grown, artisanal pickled beetroot.

Along with farm to table, fresh beetroot, Mooncoin Beetroot has developed a range of  pickled beetroots and relish to delight their growing legion of fans.

They believe in quality and freshness and using their unique family recipe, their flavour rich, fresh beetroot varieties are cooked and jarred only hours after leaving the soil.

Their products and increasing success speaks for itself and just this year they broke ground on a brand new kitchen facility to bring even more delicious beetroot products to our tables.
