Meet the team behind Graham's Mustard

Graham Kearns and his mother Geraldine first began experimenting in their kitchen to recreate his grandmother Vera’s recipe for wholegrain mustard. From their Boyne Valley kitchen a passion for high quality mustard and condiments was born. 

In 2014 Graham launched his business and now has a dedicated team, based in Slane, Co. Meath. They use carefully selected ingredients to produce a tasty range of mustards, horseradish and chutney using traditional methods. The process takes longer, but the result is a high quality products with delicate and sophisticated flavours.

Graham’s Dijon mustard won a silver medal at the World Mustard Awards, it was commended for its kick and subtlety of flavour in the finish. In 2017 Graham’s Horseradish Sauce has won 3 gold stars in The Great Taste Awards. Made using a family recipe handed down through the generations, it is for true lovers of the condiment and is 55 per cent pure grated horseradish.
