Award winning Gonfalone Chianti has warm, ripe cherry aromas, with a slightly smokey dark luscious cherry and damson fruit edge, soft tannins leading to a long classy finish. Well suited to accompany meals of roasted game, shish kabob and grilled meat, as well as aged cheeses. This wine has been given Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (D.O.C.G.) designation.
