Award winning Organic Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Koroneiki olives grown in the Chania Region of Northern Crete, is well balanced, intensely herbaceous with an appealing mix of fresh and fruity aromas, mixed with flavours of apple skin, some mixed greenery, a touch of citrus and a mild peppery finish. Ideal for flavouring ingredients when cooking and most culinary applications.
The oil is extracted cold within hours of the olives being harvested so as to ensure that it retains its rich aroma and high nutrient value. High in monounsaturated fats, an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet.

Storage
Store away from from light & heat. Do not refrigerate.
At cold temperatures the oil becomes cloudy and will start to solidify. This is natural and will disappear when returned to room temperature.
