These Berberechos are the absoloute prize of the Rias Baixas in Galicia . Straight out of the Noia Estuary, they are lovingly packed by hand in a brine with lemon, bayleaf & onion. They pair beautifully with the wines of the Galician region- think a gorgeous cold Albarino or Godello. We love seving these stunning tins on ice and using our old fondue forks for a striking aperitivo time.
