La Bete Noire Fitou

La Bete Noir Fitou from the south of France. A big bold robust red packed with rich spicey dark fruits. La Bête Noire is made from the Carignan, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties. The low-yielding Carignan contribute juice and power, while Grenache and Syrah add fruit and spices. The restrained use of barrel storage has rounded off the tannins. The fruit is dominant.
