Hadji Bey are Turkish delight specialists. The company was established by an Armenian couple called Harutun and Esther Batmazian, who settled in Cork in 1902 after fleeing persecution in the Ottoman Empire. Their business flourished and is now one of Ireland’s most cherished confectioners, with sweet treats.
