Born of international travel, living and food experience, Mezze has been bring us wonderful award winning flavours of the Middle East, from right here in Tramore, Co. Waterford, since 2015. Nicola Crowley and Dvri Nursery the founders of Mezze are the Irish/Israeli couple whose shared love of food and excellence is the drive behind the business. They met while travelling and having spending 8 years living together in Israel they moved their young family back to Nicola’s home town to start their food business. And their delicious food has done the talking as is evident by its growing popularity initially locally but fast spreading notoriety further afield.
Mezze products have already multiple Taste of Ireland awards to their name.
As much as possible Nicola and Dvri use locally sourced ingredients to bring you the delightful tastes of the Middle East in their Lavosh Flatbreads.
A Middle Eastern Mezze by definition is a shared plate or plates, served family style, a truly social experience, it encourages people to linger and enjoy good food, conversation and company.
