Due to its light fluffy texture and mild flavour wholemeal couscous is very versatile. Made from durum flour it is an excellent source of fibre and nutrients. Quick and easy to prepare it is often used as a side dish instead of rice or quinoa, in a variety of salad recipes or added to stews and casseroles.
