The Little Mill Wholemeal Spelt Flour is finely milled and made from Irish grown spelt, grown locally in Kilkenny. It is ideal for making soda bread and offers a lovely nutty, stoneground flavour. This wholemeal flour has been produced using traditional stoneground milling methods, which means unlike refined flour it retains all its nutritional goodness, B & E vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, protein, minerals and healthy oils. The spelt passes through three sets of millstones, which delivers just the right amount of heat, perfect for making soda and yeasted bread.
