The Little Mill Strong Seeded Wholemeal flour is a stoneground wholemeal flour milled by the banks of the River Nore in Co. Kilkenny, with the added goodness of brown linseed, hulled millet, buckwheat, golden linseed and poppyseed. Ideally suited for combining at 50% plain or strong flour to produce seeded soda and yeast bread. This wholemeal flour has been produced using traditional stoneground milling methods, which means unlike refined flour it retains all of its nutritional goodness, B & E vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, protein, minerals and healthy oils.
