Description
Naturally Cordial is made from whole fruit to a traditional recipe and then pasteurised. Based in Co. Wexford, they use local fruit from neighbours and friends, along with organic citrus fruit, to make our original cordials.
Described as “an extraordinary balance of flavours” by a Great Taste judge, the use cucumber to freshen the taste of strawberries and added lime to prevent it getting too sweet. Only local fresh strawberries are used for this delicious cordial, picked from the field next door, so this is only available seasonally.
Dilute to taste by adding still or sparkling water. We suggest using 50ml of cordial with 200ml of water. Try adding mint, ginger or slices of fresh fruit and pour over ice. In winter, add cloves, star anise or other spices and drink hot.
