Mango Chicken – Fry some onions in a little olive oil, add your chicken pieces and brown off. Then if you like add some chopped red peppers and raisins. Pour in your jar of mango chutney with a little water added and cook over a medium heat. Serve with boiled rice for a really tasty dinner or supper.
