Adding Certo Pectin to home-made jams and marmalades means they’ll require less boiling, and will retain the full flavour and colour of the fruit within. Indispensable when making those notoriously difficult-to-set preserves like strawberry, blackberry or rhubarb where the natural fruit is low in pectin.

Certo is a liquid pectin made from the skin of pressed apples or citrus fruits and is a natural, soluble fibre that acts as a gelling agent. Helps jam makers get a consistent result every time.
