In 1862, after 10 years of perfecting his rums, Don Facundo Bacardí Massó introduced the world to his BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum. A sublime rum for cocktails, it doesn’t dominate other flavours nor does it disappear when mixed. Perfect for classic rum cocktails like the Mojito.

50ml Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum
25ml Lime Juice
12 Mint Leaves
2tsp Extra Fine Sugar
25ml Soda Water
1 Sprig of Fresh Mint

Method
- Take the lome wedges and squeeze them into the glass.
- Gently press together the limes and sugar
- Add mint to the glass and press to release oil
- Half fill the glass with crushed ice
- Add the Bacardi Carta Blance rum and churn
- Top with crushed ice and soda
- Garnish with a mint sprig
