At Ballymaloe House they have been making mayonaise for a few generations and they know that quality ingredients, in the right amounts are the key to the perfect mayo. Ballymaloe Mayo is made in small batches using Irish free range eggs and a blend of oils and seasoning, making sure that the traditional recipe is respected. We think that this is what gives it a really good consistency and a rich flavour; just right for any sandwich. In a convenient squeezy bottle.
